We are delighted to announce Wrenbridge Land have been shortlisted for the National Company of the Year at this years EG Awards.

Founded in 1993, Wrenbridge has been successfully developing and investing in properties across the UK for 25 years. Geographically Wrenbridge’s emphasis has been on London, East Anglia, Home Counties and the South East. Their current portfolio stands at an end value of £850m across 25 projects. Wrenbridge has been backed by Palmer Capital since 1993.

Wrenbridge has had the most successful year in their history in 2016/17 moving into new markets and expanding existing markets.

This includes the industrial development  of three schemes in Belvedere and one in Rainham comprising a pipeline of close to 300,000 sq ft of industrial.  In addition, they are currently managing 750,000 sq ft of shopping centres in three locations the primary being the Grafton Centre in Cambridge, a £100m acquisition in joint venture with Legal & General. 

In addition to Wrenbridge’s main business, Wrenbridge Sport was founded in 2012 and has gone from strength to strength. Wrenbridge Sport is a specialist business focussed on the sport and leisure related sector.

The venture has been led by Richard Arnold, who joined Wrenbridge off the back of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, where as part of the Olympic Delivery Authority, he was responsible for a number of the new venues including the award winning Velodrome.

Over the past 5 years, Wrenbridge Sport has built a portfolio of over £300 million, consisting of 5 stadiums, 4 swimming pools, 3 sports halls, 2 cycle tracks, an ice-rink and a white water centre.

To add to this substantial portfolio, Wrenbridge Sport have recently been appointed by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) as its client representative for the development of the East Stand at Twickenham Stadium.The £60m project will provide in the region of 15,000m2 of new lounges spread across six floors behind the existing deck. The stadium will remain in use throughout the construction period without impacting on the existing capacity. Once complete all of the off-site match day hospitality will be provided within the stadium, delivering world class facilities to its corporate guests and debenture holders.
