Property developer Wrenbridge is “actively” seeking new opportunities following a spate of acquisitions this summer.
So far in 2018 the company has bought assets with a total gross development value (GDV) of £186m.

Ben Coles, chief executive, said: “The acquisitions all respond to the market demand in each of the particular locations. We are very careful about where we buy and how much we build, and this is bearing fruit as we have a nil vacancy rate across our total portfolio of close to 2m sq ft.
“We are actively seeking new opportunities of two acres upwards to further speculatively develop”.
