Wrenbridge launched their new scheme Boxset in Basildon today with a reception at the London Film Museum in Covent Garden.
The scheme, which is funded by Palmer Capital, comprises a new 10 acre development site which is located to the north east of Basildon town centre, in a prominent position with direct access to the A127. Basildon is approximately 34 miles from central London and is the second largest economy in the Thames Gateway outside Canary Wharf. The exciting scheme will include three units which are to be speculatively built, of 92,626 sq ft, 62,411 sq ft and 74,165 sq ft. The units will have up to date, modern amenities including car charging points and are targeting an EPC ‘A’ rating.
Playing on the theme of ‘Boxset’, the launch event was held at the London Film Museum, in the heart of London’s West End – Covent Garden. Attendees heard Jeff Wilson, of Wrenbridge speak about the new scheme, before drinks and canapés, followed by exclusive access to the James Bond exhibition.
