Wrenbridge are still riding the high from winning Property Week’s Deal of the Year award two weeks ago and have now been nominated for another award at Property Week’s Industrial & Logistics Awards on 17th May 2018.
Wrenbridge, who are celebrating their 25th year in business and have been consistently involved in the industrial and logistics sector, have secured 7 new projects this year alone, with a combined end value of £157m. Their 100% planning success rate, combined with the fact that they have successfully sold 2 new builds prior to practical completion demonstrates their worthiness for the title of Industrial Developer of the Year. In recent years, Wrenbridge who remain privately owned and backed by Palmer Capital have excelled in the industrial sector. They recently added 25 acres to their portfolio in Rainham adding a further 400,000 sq. ft. to Wrenbridge’s warehouse/logistics pipeline with an end value of £80m, creating c. 1500 new jobs.
Property Week’s Industrial & Logistics Awards are in their inception year and will be holding the gala dinner on the evening of the 17th May, following day 1 of their Industrial & Logistics Conference taking place at Hilton London Syon Park.
