Wrenbridge Land are delighted to announce two new shareholders have been appointed by the company. Existing Board Directors Jeff Wilson and Chris White will become shareholders with immediate effect.
Jeff and Chris have both been at Wrenbridge for 10 years having joined from Drivers Jonas in 2007. Jeff was in the Central London development team and Chris was in the landlord/tenant team. They have developed significant experience at Wrenbridge having run some of Wrenbridge’s key schemes including Finsgate, EC1 and Tufton Street, SW1 in London.

Wrenbridge is a privately owned property company formed in 1993 that specialises in development, investment, project management and joint venture agreements. The firm’s offices are located in Cambridge and London.
Circa 50% of assets are purchased through the internal funds raised by Palmer Capital with the remaining projects financed by Wrenbridge’s own equity and a variety of other partners including Grosvenor, Legal & General, LaSalle Investment Management, Buccleuch, M&G and Savills Investment Management.
The Wrenbridge team comprises 15 people who range from development and investment surveyors, project managers, accountants and lawyers all with experience of delivering complex joint venture projects and buildings.
Wrenbridge currently has 30 different assets with a completed project value exceeding £850m.
In addition to this, Wrenbridge have a sister organisation Wrenbridge Sport who focus on sports and leisure related projects which require an element of cross funding from ancillary development. Current schemes include the York Community Stadium and Scarborough Leisure Village. Wrenbridge Sport also act as client representatives for organisations such as the Rugby Football Union and Brentford Football Club.
Wrenbridge is financially backed by Palmer Capital who also own 33% of the shares and as such has direct access to the funds raised.
