Opus Land is delighted to announce their most recent appointment of Tom Edgar, joining us from GBR Phoenix Beard. Tom will join the company as an Associate Development Director and joins into our ever busy development team.
Tom’s role will be to seek new trading opportunities for the business and to deliver those projects alongside the wider development and construction team at Opus Land. His previous experience at GBR Phoenix Beard will ease him into the role having previously been involved in the capital markets team, operating nationally with a focus on the Midlands region. As such he brings with him a diverse range of contacts, a good knowledge of the region and a technical understanding of investment underwriting.
