Opus Land have recently commenced works at the Ace 135 development in Tamworth which will bring a 135,000 sq ft B2/B8 speculative unit, incorporating 9,240 sq ft of office accommodation. The scheme is targetting a BREEAM Very Good rating and will be available for occupation in Q4 2019.
Situated in one of the Midlands premier distribution and warehousing locations, Ace 135 is ideally positioned on Relay Park, Tamworth, directly off Junction 10 of the M42 Motorway.
