With confidence and capital returning to the market, Fiera Real Estate is looking to expand its network by 15% in Q1 to meet the growing needs of the sector that it operates in, with Fiera itself taking on two new employees to join its Value Add and Operations Team.

As the business enters its first quarter as the UK division of Fiera Real Estate, this growth will help to fuel the firm following the launch of its latest value add fund, FREOF V (UK), and the extension of its long-lease fund, FRELIF (UK). The team continues to work hard to deliver the highest quality, sustainable buildings across the UK, as well as targeting the best returns for its investors.

This increase in activity certainly isn’t restricted to London, with a large majority of Fiera’s property companies (located from Edinburgh to Bristol) looking to expand their teams to help support their ever-growing number of projects. So far this year, Packaged Living have already hired a new Development Manager, Sophie Gunn and Cubex has taken on a new Development Manager, Sarah Trahair-Williams.

So who is hiring and what are they looking for?

Wrenbridge Land are seeking to hire two new recruits this quarter; a Project Manager and Development Executive. These new hires will expand their team to 17 property professionals.

Opus Land, based in the Midlands, are looking to hire an Associate Development Director who will be responsible for progressing trading opportunities within the company, as well as managing Opus Land’s projects.

Queensbury Capital, founded by Joseph Downey in October 2018, is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Development Manager to join a busy and growing team.

Angle Property, the South-West property developers are looking to expand with two new roles; Director of Planning & Development and Associate Director – Acquisitions. The two new recruits will assist with progressing new planning and development opportunities for the company, and sourcing and negotiating new acquisitions for Angle as they look to grow their portfolio.

Harlex Property, the Manchester-based property developers are also currently looking to hire an Associate Director to assist James, Managing Director, with their current and upcoming projects.
