Aberdeen Standard Investments, acting on behalf of an Institutional Client and with Opus Land as developer, is pleased to confirm that it has acquired a 7.1 acre site at Kinsall Green, Tamworth, just 150m from Junction 10 of the M42. The scheme has a GDV of c. £19m.
In conjunction with their development partner Opus Land, Aberdeen Standard Investments plans to develop a unit of 135,000 sq ft Grade A, speculative industrial warehouse.
