We are delighted to announce that Palmer Capital’s Chairman & Founder was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” award at the PROPS awards yesterday in aid of Variety, the children’s charity.
Ray’s passion and vigour has become evermore prominent each year that he has spent in the industry, having been at the forefront of the real estate sector for the last 50 years.
Ray has led Palmer Capital from the company’s inception over 25 years ago, with last year seeing some of its largest accomplishments to date. One of which, Ray oversaw the largest midlands industrial deal in over a decade – a £250m JV between Rolls Royce and two of Palmer Capital’s Prop Co’s; Manse LLP and Opus Land. This is one of the many successes Ray has overseen throughout the past year and he will continue to prosper within the industry – only now with a very stylish trophy on his desk.
After celebrating Palmer Capital’s 25th anniversary last year, this award could not have come at a more perfect time to acknowledge Ray’s achievements at Palmer Capital.
