Palmer Capital and Manse, advised by GVA, have sold a 45,900 sq ft warehouse on the Badentoy industrial estate in Aberdeen to Royal London Property Fund for £7.5m – a 6% yield. The pair have also offloaded 104,600 sq ft at Bilston Glen industrial estate in Edinburgh to Kames Capital UK Active Property Trust for £7.6m – a 7.9% yield. MWM advised Royal London; MWM represented Palmer Capital/Manse in Edinburgh; JLL acted for Kames Capital.
