In celebration of LandAid’s 30th year, Palmer Capital set themselves a target to raise £30,000 for the charity.
Throughout the year Palmer Capital has held various events to raise money for the property industry’s leading charity, which supports youth homelessness. From the apprentice style Palmer Capital Money Maker Scheme, which saw 12 teams set with the task to make the most money from £250, with various creative and innovative ideas including abseiling, table tennis tournaments, raffles to Palmer Capital’s annual charity poker tournament held at the prestigious Clermont Club.
In total, Palmer Capital has raised a fantastic £31,975.95 for LandAid! The money will play a vital part in the ‘Sponsor A Home’ campaign. The money will bring an empty street property back to life, creating safe and affordable accommodation for young people who are at severe risk of homelessness. This accommodation gives young people a secure place where they can get their lives back on track and achieve brighter futures.
