We are urgently looking to acquire two more investments on behalf of PCIF, by the end of Q1 2019. Target investment parameters as follows:
- £5M – £15M
- 4.75%-7.00% NIY
- 10+ year WAULT
- Fixed or index linked rent reviews preferred
- Institutional tenant credit
- Industrial, office and alternative sectors preferred
