On the 5th December, Alex Price, CEO of Palmer Capital joined a panel session at PERE Dubai.
Alex joined a group of industry experts, including Brian Ward, Global CEO of Trimont Real Estate, for a panel discussion on ‘Gateway cities versus regional hotspots: Europe, Asia and the US’ and topics covered included the effect of depressed oil prices on outbound investment strategies and late cycle investing, amongst others.
The event was held at the renowned Shangri-La hotel on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road and is an opportunity for investors from across the Middle East and Africa to gain essential knowledge about the global real estate markets. Spread over two days the event provides a variety of networking events, panel discussions and case studies.
