Are you interested in joining a vibrant, unique, busy investment management company based in London? We are seeking to appoint an Asset and Development Manager to join our busy opportunistic investment management team.
The team undertakes a variety of high return strategies with an asset management, development or planning emphasis in both the commercial and residential sectors. The role will include all stages of the project life cycle, from assisting with the acquisition process, through formulating and overseeing the delivery of the business plan, to the ultimate asset disposal.
You would also help to support the fund managers with fund level reporting and financial and performance analysis.
Experience in asset and development management in the residential and commercial sectors is essential and any experience in planning and project management would be advantageous. Suitable qualifications in the RICS are needed and you would also need to be proficient in the use of Excel, Argus and PowerPoint.
