Packaged Living is delighted to announce that Mark Woodrow, former Director of Development at
Grainger has joined Packaged Living as Joint MD.
Mark previously ran Grainger’s development division and more recently his own consultancy
business BTR Partners. A leading figure in the build to rent industry, Mark has overseen the
development of a number of high profile build to rent schemes across the UK and joins Packaged
Livings founder, Ed Ellerington, Formerly National Acquisitions Director at Grainger, in leading the
bespoke build to rent developer operator.
Mark commented:

Packaged Living is a bespoke developer and operator of build to rent assets. The company is
currently highly acquisitive in defined target areas and seeks land in town/city centre locations with
good transport links and growth prospects.
The company which was founded in 2018 is backed by Palmer Capital, the UK focused real estate
investment management company which currently directly manages c. £800m of Assets Under
Management, with an additional c. £250m managed through its joint ventures with 10 regional
property companies.
