Opus North, backed by Palmer Capital, have acquired 8.4 acres of land in Worksop, Nottinghamshire from Tesco.
The site is located within Worksop, the largest town in the Bassetlaw district of Nottinghamshire, and is within close proximity of Sheffield. The site benefits from a busy train station, which runs direct services to Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield, as well as large local employers such as Premier Foods, B&Q Distribution, Cargill and the NHS.
Opus North are currently exploring options for the use of the site, including potential residential and retail development.
