This morning from 10am, Mark Woodrow will be joining Pat Bartoli of Manchester City Council and Sally Morris-Smith of DAC Beachcroft to discuss the Future Development Plans of Manchester.
The webinar will focus on the development activity in Manchester and the wider city region, whilst also addressing some of the key issues and challenges which we as an industry face in the coming months. Speakers will be invited to share details on their current development programme and future pipelines as well as providing advice and opinion on what the industry needs to do to survive the current crisis, what is requires in the short term and how we will manage the increased demand and activity once the UK recovers.
Packaged Living will be developing a new BTR scheme at Picadilly East in partnership with Fiera Real Estate, and so will be a big player in Manchester over the coming years. The webinar will be a great opportunity to hear about their exciting development plans.
