Fiera Real Estate’s Global Head of ESG, Jessica Pilz, is taking part in MSCI’s Global Real Assets Conference tomorrow.
With rising rates and a looming global slowdown in the context of war, climate change and an evolving regulatory environment and the massive digital disruption underway, the conference will discuss how investors should position themselves to manage risk and capture opportunity in an uncertain world.
Alongside Meggin Thwing Eastman (MSCI), Sven Bienert (IIÖ Ltd) and Paul Sutcliffe (Evora), Jessica will be taking part in the panel titled ‘Climate: From talk to action – Making good on net-zero commitments’.
The session will begin at 12pm and will discuss how real asset investors are aligning with net zero, and how they are addressing the need to decarbonise. The panel will highlight the steps required to achieve net zero targets and the preparation involved in evolving reporting and regulatory requirements. The experts will also examine how data and technology are bringing new levels of transparency to measuring emissions and climate risk for private asset classes.
