James Nicholson, Managing Director of Harlex Property, the Manchester-based property company, recently attended Insider’s Manchester breakfast which looked at the emerging opportunities in alternative asset classes in Manchester, and the properties that have been making the headlines in the city. At the event, James was interviewed by CoStar and discussed Harlex’s plans for 2019 and how he plans to tackle the uncertainty and lack of confidence in the market.
Commenting on 2019, James sees the year ahead as
“[a] chance to create a real opportunity for delivery, to unfetter that delivery stage going forward…Harlex see this uncertainty as an opportunity and would really like to drive that forward through the Greater Manchester spacial framework document”.
