Fiera Real Estate is delighted to announce that it has achieved the 137th spot in IPE’s Top 150 Investment Managers 2021, which is ranked by each firm’s Assets Under Management. IPE’s Top 150 manage a combined total of USD4.5trillion.
Globally, Fiera Real Estate manages USD5.5billion of commercial real estate as at 30th September 2021, via a range of investment funds and accounts, covering a variety of investment strategies from core to opportunistic. Across both the UK and Canadian divisions, there are currently 8 live funds plus a number of separately managed accounts. Of the Firm’s total AUM, almost 40% sits within the industrial and logistics sector, which, according to IPE, was the fastest growing sector among the Top 150.
