Property Week have announced their shortlists this week and we are delighted to say that there have been five nominations across the Fiera Real Estate network. Fiera Real Estate, Packaged Living and Wrenbridge have all been shortlisted for the awards which will be held on 21st April at Grosvenor House.
Fiera Real Estate received two nominations; the first of which is the Deal of the Year title for the 80% sale of Palmer Capital (now Fiera Real Estate) to Fiera Capital Corporation, which marked a marriage between two like-minded, successful firms, who together will pool their expertise and knowledge to expand and diversify their offering to investors.
Fiera Real Estate’s second nomination is for the Silver Jubilee Award, which celebrates the achievements of companies that have been active for over 25 years. Over the past 25 years, Fiera Real Estate’s UK division has built a unique vertically integrated business model by backing ten regional property companies in the UK, as well as selling an 80% interest in the company to join the huge global investment management network of Fiera Capital.
The bespoke, Build to Rent developer and operator, Packaged Living, has also been shortlisted for two awards; Entrepreneur of the Year and Newcomer of the Year. The company, which only formed in 2018, already has over 1,000 PRS units in the pipeline with plenty more to come. Packaged are committed to their involvement in every stage of the development; acquiring land, gaining planning, building out and ultimately managing homes within the Private Rented Sector and are already well on their way to achieving their initial goal of delivering 1,500 homes within the first 3 years of the business.
Wrenbridge Land, the Cambridge-based developers, has been shortlisted for Developer of the Year for their ever-growing portfolio of projects across various sectors from Science Parks to Sports Stadia. Wrenbridge remain one of the UK’s leading “all-rounder” developers, as well as continuing to progress with more sustainable ways to develop their buildings, for which they were awarded a Planet Mark accreditation last month. Wrenbridge are constantly striving to improve this area of their business and their individual and collective carbon footprint are currently under review.
Congratulations to everyone who received a nomination – we look forward to the results night on 21st April!
