Fiera Real Estate UK Limited (“FRE UK”) is delighted to announce the appointment of Frankie Demetriades to the role of Associate Director, ESG.
As an Associate Director in our ESG team, Frankie will support the tactical delivery of our ESG strategy and vision for our UK funds and business. Key elements of this role include driving the development of Net Zero Carbon pathways, implementing climate resilience strategies and collaborating closely with key stakeholders in order to deliver on our ESG targets.
Frankie is a Chartered Surveyor and was previously Head of Sustainability at Lambert Smith Hampton, where she was responsible for advising real estate clients across a range of sustainability services including strategy development and implementation, health and wellbeing, sustainability reporting, benchmarking and tenant engagement..
