Josh Roberts, one of the founding directors of Bristol-based developer Cubex, has decided to step down from the business after 16 years. The company, launched in 2004 with the backing of Fiera Real Estate, has completed a substantial portfolio of projects across the South West region with particular focus on Bristol.
Josh Roberts said; “Cubex has been a great story, starting from absolutely nothing and building a business that delivered some of the region’s best known commercial and mixed use schemes. In that time we have navigated many obstacles and challenges, not only surviving the impact of the global financial crash but thriving in its wake. After 16 years, it’s the right time for me to move on and find the next challenge, whatever that may be. On a personal note, I’m very proud of my contribution and wish the business well for the future.”
Ray Palmer, Cubex and Fiera Real Estate UK Chairman added; “Josh has been a most important member of the team, a great fellow director on the Cubex Board and a really nice and genuine guy to work alongside. Josh will be much missed but we wish him the very best for the future.”
