We are thrilled to announce that Palmer Capital backed Danescroft’s major mixed use scheme in Bromley by Bow, London, E3 has been shortlisted in the New London Awards mixed-use category.
The scheme is located immediately adjacent to Bromley by Bow Tube Station and will provide the gateway to the Bromley by Bow South regeneration area. Comprising two podium levels incorporating 38,000 sq ft of retail, workspace and community facilities and five residential towers, Clock House and Access House, will provide 491 bespoke Build to Rent apartments. The development will also include a new urban square, which will form the central hub of the overall scheme.
Danescroft will be up against other well-known developments such as Caxton Works, Clapham Southside and Iceland Wharf, but we know who we’ll be voting for!
