Fiera Real Estate is pleased to announce that Joe Downey has joined its Operating Partner Cubex Land, the leading and award winning south-west based property developer to complement their existing acquisitions team.
Joe will bring a proven track record of deal delivery and complement the existing Cubex acquisitions team, bringing additional resource at a time when it has equity to invest.

Cubex is set for an exciting 2021, with new allocations of equity available from the Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V (amongst others) as well as embarking on the final delivery phase of the ~£400 million Finzels Reach, Bristol mixed use development.”
