Bristol based property company, Cubex Land, are recruiting for an experienced project manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Cubex Land, backed by Palmer Capital launched in 2004, by Gavin Bridge, Josh Roberts and Peter Walford. To date, they have acquired, developed and completed a wide range of commercial and residential projects across the South West of England and South Wales with a value in excess of £400m.
Due to their continual success across a wide range of property sectors including residential, offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use, they are ready to expand and welcome someone new to the Cubex Land team.
The new role will be working alongside one of the business owners with the new recruit taking a leading role in delivering the next phase of development at Finzels Reach Bristol.
Finzels Reach, is a major mixed-use regeneration scheme on a 4.7 acre site in Bristol City Centre, acquired by Palmer Capital and Cubex Land in late December 2013. Since Palmer Capital and Cubex’s Land proactive and hands-on ownership, this strategic site has grown from strength to strength.
The site has and will continue to deliver new retail offerings, new accommodation and new space for occupiers. This includes a new 168-bedroom hotel pre-let to Premier Inn, over 400 apartments, a footbridge across the floating harbour and a new 100,000 sq ft speculative office.
