The Group has completed a 20 year lease with Waitrose on a 52,000 sq ft supermarket developed by Opus Land. Planning permission has been granted and development was started in early March 2015 with completion in 12 months.
The site is located in the historic Cathedral City of Worcester to the east of the city centre and within close proximity to Junction 7 of the M5 Motorway. Waitrose have signed a new 20 year lease subject to five yearly upward only reviews fixed at 2.50% per annum compounded.
