Angle Property’s refurbishment of the period warehouse located in Clink Street is progressing well. The site is located within the thriving mixed use South Bank area and within a 5 minute walk from Borough Market, Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe.
The property was acquired in October 2014 for £10m, and is multi-let to a number of occupiers including Gourmet Burger Kitchen and The Clink Museum.
Angle Property is refurbishing the upper parts to deliver 14,585 sq ft of office accommodation over five floors to create cutting-edge open-plan warehouse style offices, with exposed services including LG7 lighting and new comfort cooling. The scheme will also deliver 3 new apartments, 1 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 beds, all with terraces or winter gardens with amazing views over the river.
Angle Property expect to complete works in early May 2017. The agent working on the scheme is Union Street Partners.
