Palmer Capital and Cubex Land are pleased to announce Bristol’s largest city centre office letting in recent years with EDF Energy taking 81,202 sq ft in Bridgewater House.
Bridgewater House is now fully let and totals 115,000 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent rated Grade A office accommodation arranged over six floors. EDF Energy will take a 15 year lease on the ground to third floors. The other floors are occupied by Barclays Bank and BDO.
Bridgewater House forms part of Finzels Reach, a major mixed use regeneration scheme on a 4.7 acre site. This site is already partially developed and will boast a new 168 bedroom hotel pre-let to Premier Inn, over 400 apartments and a footbridge across the Floating Harbour. The site also features conversions of retained period buildings which will house a vibrant mix of restaurants and bars.
