Bristol Life magazine has run a feature in it’s latest edition, which looks at the local new-build scheme in the city. In the spread, they have asked a cross-section of local property experts to choose one of their recent new-build projects and why it stands out for them. Palmer Capital backed Gavin Bridge of Cubex Land was invited to talk about his favourite recent project, and he chose the restored Cask Store within the award winning Finzels Reach development.
Commenting on the development, Gavin said:
“The old brewery buildings at Finzels Reach provides a unique, historic setting for the development, and the 38 individually-crafted homes are behind the restored Cask Store facade. We’re delighted that a range of buyers have been attracted to the development, paving the way for the creation of a real community.
With just one apartment remaining for sale, the Cask Store is ideal for buyers who are downsizing, second-home-owners or professional couples who are looking for a home with a great view and easy access to Bristol‘s city centre.”
