We are delighted to announce Angle Property have obtained planning approval for their residential scheme at Rivernook Farm in Walton-on-Thames. The development will comprise 83 new homes, of which 34 will be affordable, and 5.2 ha of public open space. The consent is subject to referral to the Secretary of State and completion of an acceptable s106.”

The site will be vacated of the existing industrial units and a major clean-up of the land in both physical and environmental terms will take place. A new access road will also serve the development from Hurst Road. The existing vehicular accesses to the site from Sunnyside will be closed to vehicular traffic and a new access provided there for pedestrians and cyclists only.
