On Wednesday 28th March, Angle Property are hosting an exhibition at Kingsmead Business Park, Thame, to discuss their plans for the site with residents and stakeholders. The site currently comprises 50,000 sq ft of poor quality offices and 70,000 sqft of industrial accommodation on 10.425 acres/4.219 Hectares and is surrounded by residential on three sides. The site is located lies directly west of Howland Road, towards the eastern edge of Thame town centre.
Angle Property will be exhibiting exciting plans for the former DAF Trucks site which include a new Care Home to be delivered by Care UK. The Care Home will address an identified need in Thame and contribute towards meeting the housing requirements of Thame and the local authority South Oxfordshire District council. The exhibition is also an opportunity for Angle Property to meet with the local residents to gauge public opinion on the development and to ensure that the locals are happy with the proposals. Locals will also have the opportunity to express their views on the possible developments options for the former industrial unit on-site and discuss the needs of the neighbourhood so that Angle can develop what is best suited to the residents.
