Angle Property is pleased to announce the sale of part of their site at Olney Park. Following submission earlier this year, Angle Property has secured detailed planning consent for a 66-bed carehome on a 1.6-acre portion of the site which has now been sold to Kingsley Healthcare.
Angle Property acquired the 11-acre Olney Park in Buckinghamshire in July 2020, and the sale of this plot represents the first disposal at the site. Infrastructure works have commenced with the carehome expected to be ready for occupation in Q3 2022.
The area benefits from good transport communications with J14 of the M1, 9 miles to the south and the A45 11 miles to the north which in turn connects to the A14. The remaining site also benefits from planning consent for a wide-range of non-residential uses including hotel, showroom, nursery, industrial and offices. Angle is currently seeking further enquiries from interested parties for both freehold and leasehold bespoke development opportunities.
Olney Park sits opposite another successful development by Angle Property following the construction of a a new Sainsburys store and site sale to McCarthy & Stone for 48 C2 apartments and 10 bungalows.
Tony Williamson , Director of Angle Property commented “We are very pleased to have achieved the sale of our carehome plot at Olney Park to Kingsley Healthcare who were a pleasure to work with from early on in our planning process. The site benefits from great road frontage in an area of limited supply and we are currently working with a number of other occupiers on further plots which we hope to announce shortly.. Please contact us if you would like to discuss any potential opportunities.”
