We believe that we have a responsibility to our investors to fully understand the impact of these issues and to embed ESG considerations into the way we manage our funds so that we may drive long-term value and mitigate risk.

All participating funds were awarded Green Stars in the 2021 GRESB survey, with FREOF IV achieving first place score in its peer group. GRESB, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, is the leading ESG benchmark for real assets.
In 2020, FRE achieved a PRI rating of ‘A+’ for Strategy & Governance and a PRI Direct Property Investing score of ‘A’.
We achieved a Platinum Quality Mark in the Payroll Giving Scheme in 2020. The scheme enables employees to donate straight from their pay to any UK registered charity.
We have been supporting LandAid, the property industry charity fighting against youth homelessness, since 2006 and became a foundation partner in 2014. We have raised over £100,000 in the last three years.
Investment Funds (Core)
Fiera Real Estate UK has published a 2035 Net Zero Carbon Target for its long income fund. The pathway is one of the most ambitious for long income funds in the UK market and is reflective of the significant progress already made in this key area.
We have introduced our tenants to the concept of automatic data harvesting to improve collection of tenant utility data. Coupled with green lease clauses, this allows us to better manage and understand the sustainability performance of our held assets and set meaningful performance targets for the buildings we manage. .
FRELIF is a Living Wage accredited employer. This ensures we are paying all service providers at properties where we have contracts the real living wage and not the living wage. This represents a great step forward in supporting our commitments to the UN SDGs (particularly no.8; decent work and economic growth).
