Opus North

Andrew is Managing Director of Opus and responsible for the daily running of the company. Previously founder and head of the Leeds office of commercial agents Grenville Smith and Duncan (1991) and more latterly Opus land Ltd with Richard Smith from 2000 till the formation of Opus North in 2008. Andrew has worked in the Northern commercial property market has been involved in many of the most significant schemes around today.

Ryan is the Managing Director at Opus North and is responsible for the acquisition and development of new opportunities. Prior to Opus North, he previously worked for Keyland Developments, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial development sites. Ryan has also worked for Yorkshire Water Services and Eddisons. and Chelsfield.

James is a development manager at Opus North. As a development manager with technical and project management experience, James will be working across the whole portfolio helping the company expand and embark on new developments. James previously worked as a building surveyor at Leeds based Projex Building Solutions before being seconded to Land Securities in 2015 as a retail development manager.

Robb is the retail and leisure specialist at Opus North. He works across our whole portfolio, including new projects, together with existing assets. Robb previously worked at WSB as a senior surveyor as well as AccountAbility, a not-for-profit organisation working with multinational companies promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Angela is the asset manager at Opus North and is responsible for the properties under management at Opus. Angela has previously worked for a number of local and national firms including Mountleigh Group Services and Eddisons.
